EPC

When selling a property in the UK, it is now a legal requirement to have a valid EPC in place before the marketing of the property begins. We cannot market your property until this has been completed. Landlords are also required to have their properties energy assessed before they are let. EPCs for every property must be made available to prospective tenants when they view your property. Our energy assessors are a trusted local providers.

Our local contracts are fully insured and qualified to undertake boiler services and compulsory gas inspections. We cannot let a property without a valid gas safety certificate. We can arrange this at the point of marketing to ensure there are no delays in getting your property let agreed.
