We are not your typical Estate Agent. Copper Violet is owned and run by us, the directors. Which means our business and company reputation is everything to us. No corporate teams or call centres, just a direct line to us, the business owners.
We as directors have come from a corporate estate agency background. We have taken our knowledge and expertise in the industry from this. However, we have not taken the ethos. We will deal with your enquires in a personal and proactive manner, leaving the corporate mindset behind.

Violeta Pali
Violeta started working with a National Corporate Estate Agent in 2012. She started as a letting’s negotiator in Northampton, she then worked her way up to Lettings Branch Manager in 2014 and moved to Wellingborough to set-up the new branch. During this time, she gained experience in management, estate agency, property management, lettings regulations and an extensive local knowledge about Northamptonshire itself. She then used her experience and passion to set-up own estate agency with her business partner Ellie Flowers in February 2022. Since then, the company has grown from two to five people. She’s the company’s lettings expert in Wellingborough and Northampton with experience in all aspects of Estate Agency. Ellie Flowers
Ellie Started with a National Corporate Estate Agents in 2012 as a Sales Negotiator in Northampton. She worked closely with Vendors, Investors and Buyers in and round Northamptonshire. In 2013 she moved to the lettings team as lettings negotiator. Then was promoted up to senior letting negotiator in 2014 to Lettings Lister. Since having children she’s been a self-employed mortgage and insurance administrator and a residential sales progressor. She joined Violeta in 2022 as director and partner in Copper Violet Estate Agents. Sheetal Mistry-Patel
Sheetal joined Copper Violet Estate Agent in May 2022 as Office Manager. She’s brought a wealth of lettings and property management experience to the business. She has been in the property industry for over 13 years. Prior to joining the company, she worked for another local agency where she was responsible for processing rents, dealing with maintenance issues, handling paperwork, keeping up to date with all legal certificates and arranging inspections.
Sheetal is real asset to Copper Violet and is always staying up-to date with the most recent laws and legislation changes that happen in this fast-paced industry. Sheetal is a designated property manager. She looks after all the managed properties, with a direct line to her, if there are ever any queries from landlords or tenants, she is on hand to get this actioned.
